The overall feeling is pretty good, but I can't tell. The restaurant service women are average. There are many people going to have breakfast in the morning. Let's sit on the sofa and eat with our hips puckered in front of the tea table. Is it decent? Fortunately, I didn't agree

The location of the hotel is pretty good, but the parking lot is not my own parking lot, it's a borrowed apartment parking lot, which is more troublesome. The service facilities are very good. There is an open garden restaurant. It rained in the morning. You can't sit outside. It's beautiful to see a small part of the city. Breakfast is complete, many foreign friends. The shower in the bathroom is great, the water pressure is very high, and the sound of the air conditioner is a little loud. Overall satisfied.

Very satisfied. I have also written hotel check-in comments before, but they are simple to write one or two sentences. This time, we decided to write more carefully, so that other tourists have more choices. 1、 The location is very convenient. When the subway comes out on the 10th, turn right and go straight. Turn right for about 300 meters. I use Baidu map as a guide. It is very convenient. Later, I found that it is not far from the entrance and exit of Renmin Road Tunnel. When I come back from Pudong, I take a taxi out of the tunnel and turn around. Both Yu Garden and the Bund are on foot, and walking back from Nanjing road to the guesthouse is also a walk. 2、 Front desk reception: polite. Whether it's the cup of black tea at check-in or asking if you need breakfast at check-out, the breakfast brought to us after confirmation gives people a very warm and comfortable feeling. After leaving the hotel, my husband decided to come here again and stay in Junting. 3、 Breakfast and room service were excellent. Especially for breakfast, eating in the outdoor garden makes us feel very comfortable.

Travelogue
  • Good service is hiding details where you can't see them

When visiting Yu Garden in Shanghai to see the night view of the Bund, I chose SSAW Boutique Hotel Shanghai Bund. It was originally intended to be close to the scenic spot. It was discovered three days after I stayed there that its service was never a polite thing to shout out, but to hide it in every detail that you didn't specifically say, and the fatigue of a day of shopping was quietly dissipated.
As soon as I dragged my suitcase to the door of the hotel, the doorman came up from a distance and took the heavy gift box in my hand. He smiled and reminded me that "there has been a large flow of people around Yu Garden recently, so I will give you a hand drawn picture of how to avoid traffic and eat". When checking in, the front desk noticed that I was holding cold medicine in my hand. Before I could speak, they took the initiative to say, 'We have a thermostatic kettle in our room. If you need hot water or extra ginger tea, please feel free to call the front desk at any time. Someone is available 24 hours a day.'. Within ten minutes of entering the room, the waiter knocked on the door with a steaming cup of brown sugar ginger tea and said, 'You just caught a little cold, have a cup of hot tea to warm yourself up.' At that moment, I was directly hit.
During these three days of living, every detail was filled with just the right amount of care. When I went to Yu Garden the day before yesterday, I didn't finish the fried buns I bought and put them in the lunch box on the table. The cleaning lady didn't throw them away directly when she cleaned, but put the fresh-keeping bags in the refrigerator. She left a note saying, "I will help you put them in the refrigerator for refrigeration. Remember to heat them before eating". I hung a scarf on the balcony that I forgot to collect. Suddenly, it rained lightly in the afternoon. The waiter noticed it while patrolling the building and quietly helped me collect it into my room. He even placed it on the dressing table by the window, without getting any water stains on it.
What surprised me the most was the late night service. One night, I wandered around the Bund until after 11 o'clock and didn't come back. The river breeze made me feel cold all over. When I walked to the lobby, the front desk handed me a bowl of hot Tremella fuciformis lotus seed soup and said, "I see you're not dressed much. You just came back from the river, have a bowl of sweet soup to warm up. I had to rush a handwritten letter for a friend at the last minute. After the front desk found out, they directly took exquisite letter paper and envelope with the hotel logo from the business corner and sent them to me. They also helped me contact a nearby courier for free and sent the letter out the next morning.
On the day I left, I was in a hurry to pack my luggage and left a small storage box with a camera memory card under my pillow. I took the high-speed train and drove for half an hour before realizing it. I called the front desk with a try and see attitude, and within ten minutes, I received a photo from the waiter confirming that the item was in good condition. He even arranged for the next day's express delivery, but refused to charge for it. He said, "We'll be waiting for you here next time you come to Shanghai.
I have stayed in many hotels that advertise "high-end service" before, and I always feel that service is a deliberate courtesy and procedural greeting. This time when I stayed at SSAW Boutique Hotel Shanghai Bund, I realized that first-class service is never a sense of ceremony piled up, but a way to quietly turn guests' unspoken needs into practical and appropriate ones. Next time I come to Shanghai, I will definitely return here as soon as possible, just like going back to a familiar old friend's house.

  • I felt at ease during my business trip to Shanghai

I stayed at the SSAW Boutique Hotel Shanghai Bund for three consecutive days in Shanghai to connect with the project. Originally, I only thought it was located in the core area of Huangpu District. However, during a non-stop business trip, I unexpectedly felt a rare sense of relaxation and directly included it in my permanent list for business trips in Shanghai.
The location of the hotel is very friendly to business people. It is at 839 Renmin Road, and you can walk 5 minutes to Yu Garden subway station. Line 10 and Line 14 cover both lines. You can go to the business office buildings in Lujiazui, Xintiandi, and Jing'an Temple by subway for a few stops. You don't have to get upset on the Yan'an Elevated Line at the morning and evening peak. It takes only 10 minutes to walk to the Bund Riverside Business Belt, where you can schedule a meeting with clients at a tea house by the river without having to travel half a city. After the meeting, you can directly return to the hotel to organize your information. It only takes 20 minutes to take a taxi to Hongqiao High speed Railway Station, so you don't have to leave two hours in advance to catch the return high-speed railway. After the last round, you will slowly pack up your luggage before leaving, and there is still plenty of time.
The business landscape room I booked completely meets all the business needs: a spacious and orderly 40 square meter space, a large workbench by the window that is spacious enough to open two project proposals and two laptops, stable gigabit WiFi throughout the entire process, and no lag or disconnection even after two hours of cross-border online review meetings. The sound insulation of the whole house is particularly solid, completely separating the noise on the streets of the old city by closing the door. Even if you stay up late the night before and change the plan until early morning, you can still sleep soundly the next day. A small tea table was left beside the window to soak in the West Lake Dragon Well provided by the hotel free of charge. When you look up, you can see the cornice outline of Yu Garden in the distance. The nerves that have been strained for a day will soon relax.
The supporting details have solved all the business pain points: the 24-hour self-service business corner provides free printing and color scanning services, and can quickly organize 30 project materials with envelopes in just ten minutes without having to travel long distances to find a printing shop. The 24-hour self-service laundry room has a drying function. After wearing a business suit that has been dusty all day, it can be washed and dried at night, and then worn neatly to meet customers the next day. The buffet breakfast in the hotel has many local characteristics. The small Wonton and Pickled vegetables are all available now. You can have a solid business breakfast in the restaurant without having to get up early to find the breakfast shop.
The sense of service is also just right, without excessive disturbance, but always able to accurately catch unexpected needs. The customer business card that I casually placed on the desktop is gently tidied up by the cleaning lady, who also puts a bottle of chilled mineral water next to it; One night when I worked overtime until 10 o'clock, I casually mentioned to the front desk that I wanted to eat a bowl of hot Benbang noodles. Within ten minutes, a bowl of fresh and refreshing scallion oil noodles was delivered to my room.
In the past, when I came to Shanghai for business trips, I used to waste most of my energy on commuting and making ends meet accommodation. However, this time I stayed at SSAW Boutique Hotel Shanghai Bund and realized that choosing the right place can provide a stable pivot for even the busy business trip. It is not a room for overnight stays only, but more like a temporary business station in Huangpu District, which can catch the high-intensity work rhythm and leave a relaxing space for people to catch their breath.
